The Preamble of the Constitution begins, “We the People of the United States”. The popular interpretation of “We the People”
is inclusive, meaning all the people of the country. However, the correct interpretation is
exclusive; excluded were slaves, Native Americans, poor whites and women. The Constitution was written only for those
people who sought to “lord over” all the people – the Nicolaitans of
America. They were the “enlightened
minority” of colonial and revolutionary times and are the “elites” of

The Spiritual Dimensions of the
2008 Presidential Campaign – the Nicolaitan Spirit Weakened
Because America’s government is a civil government, the U.S. Constitution forbids any form of religious test as a prerequisite for political office. Article VI of the Constitution reads in part: “… but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the Unites states.” Furthermore, the first amendment to the Constitution guarantees religious freedom. Yet, despite this Constitutional ban and guarantee, the 2008 presidential campaign has been more religiously charged than at anytime since John F. Kennedy successfully campaigned as a Catholic candidate for president in 1960. Understanding the spiritual dimensions operating behind the scenes in this campaign explains much of the behavior of the presidential candidates and the media in the natural realm.

General Petraeus – His Triumphal Entry and Fleeting Glory
The timing of General Petraeus' fall from power as the head of the CIA on Election Day (November 6, 2012) was not coincidental. When the Nicolaitan spirit operating behind Victory lost its place to operate through America's White Male Establishment (which Petraeus is part of), it was at that point in time that Victory lost its place to operate through General Petraeus. Instead of being "Victorious" as was his custom, Petraeus became a victim of that spirit. In other words, Petraeus became, so to speak, a casualty of the war in the heavenlies.
